That’s right. Your favorite Star Trek tribute band is opening up for the band that sings songs loosely based on the Mega Man video game series. Quick backstory:
We did an instore at Bell, Book and Comics in Dayton, OH early in February.We were about to do an interview for a blog but Mike kept carrying on a conversation with someone else. Finally, Fark swung Mike around by the shoulder and jokingly smacked him across the face. Apparently, it hurt a little more than intended so Mike uttered the words, “I’ll have my revenge.” Fark, rightfully, laughed in his face.
Later that night, we had another instore at Omega Music in Dayton. During the breakdown of Noah’s Tribbles song, Mike had his sweet, sweet revenge….

It was a close one. After our fan designers were going at it back and forth for votes last week, one t shirt design emerged victorious. Congratulations to Lee Cherolis for submitting this awesome design. We should have a round of shirts available with this design hopefully within the next month or so. We’ll keep you all posted and have them available in our online store as soon as we have them in our hands.

We put the call out to our fans, and you have answered.  Not so long ago, we asked our fans to come up with some new t-shirt designs for us, and we received fourteen entries.  Now it’s time to vote!

2. Take a good look at all of them, hover over the thumbnails of the tees to see what number the tee is and who designed it, and click each one to enlarge
3. Find the poll in the right sidebar, just below the main menu
4. You can vote for your top five entries, so pick your favorites

The contest ends at midnight next Friday, the 8th of February, so get voting!

The voting was close, so we took a while to decide which Tribbles song would be on Year Three. We also REALLY procrastinated posting the results, so sorry about that. In the end, one song came out on top, and it was written by the person who actually drew Tribbles in our blind song draw for Year Three. The winner is the third song on the Trouble With Tribbles EP, written by Chris.

We’re hoping to have a really cool surprise for the video for that song, but we won’t have it ready for quite some time. In the meantime, we’ll be working on videos for the other Tribbles tunes, so stay tuned!
