That’s right. Your favorite Star Trek tribute band is opening up for the band that sings songs loosely based on the Mega Man video game series. April 5, 2013 will go down as the day you witnessed awesomeness. You can go to http://oldnationalcentre.com/event/05004A597C7148B0 to purchase advance tickets. Tickets are general admission which means you’ll have to make your way to the stage and cheer us on.
Quick backstory:
We did an instore at Bell, Book and Comics in Dayton, OH early in February.We were about to do an interview for a blog but Mike kept carrying on a conversation with someone else. Finally, Fark swung Mike around by the shoulder and jokingly smacked him across the face. Apparently, it hurt a little more than intended so Mike uttered the words, “I’ll have my revenge.” Fark, rightfully, laughed in his face.
Later that night, we had another instore at Omega Music in Dayton. During the breakdown of Noah’s Tribbles song, Mike had his sweet, sweet revenge….
It was a close one. After our fan designers were going at it back and forth for votes last week, one t shirt design emerged victorious. Congratulations to Lee Cherolis for submitting this awesome design. We should have a round of shirts available with this design hopefully within the next month or so. We’ll keep you all posted and have them available in our online store as soon as we have them in our hands.
